Professional Development Program
Only in St. Clare. The PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is exclusively offered to St. Clare Students in all courses. The program involves UNDERSTANDING THE WORK PROCESS, PROBLEM SOLVING, AND MAKING DECISIONS TO DETERMINE THE PROCESS, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS TO BE USED. In-house facilities like a hotel, a restaurant, a café, a culinary, a travel bureau, a state of the art computer laboratory & training centers were built to maximize learning and provide an experiential approach to education.
E-BOARD
No Blackboards. No Chalks. No Erasers.
Today, during the period of one thousand years otherwise known as the millennial age, St. Clare College continuously ventures into another first. All 95 classrooms are equipped with E-Boards, a virtual touch screen computer device. The E-Board technology helps the students set their potentials free and helps the teachers enhance their communication abilities through an innovative and user friendly display solution that creates vigorous and efficient learning environment. Information from researches are at the tip of everybody’s fingers because of the E-Board. While other establishments only use the E-Board in their conference rooms, St. Clare College uses it in all classrooms, from pre-school to the tertiary level. It is a breakthrough in education- only in St. Clare College.

Royal Institution is the umbrella organisation of more than 300 Royal Institutes of various disciplines and professions which are all duly registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA).
These more than 300 Royal Institutes of various disciplines and professions were incorporated to recognise people and to create boundless opportunities for RI members to participate in RI global seminars, congresses, conferences and to present and publish research papers in the RI International Research Journal distributed worldwide.
Royal Institution is guided and directed by a Governing Council, supported by an International Advisory Council, and assisted by Honorary Boards which comprise of members, all of whom have extensive professional experience, doctoral and/or post-doctoral qualifications. Royal Institution currently has a regional office in the Philippines and liaison officers in Australia, Canada, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Republic of Maldives, People’s Republic of China, United Kingdom and United States of America.
Highest & Prestigious Award
The event’s highlight was the Conferment of HON. FDR. DR. CLARITA G. ADALEM, HFRI, DFRIEDR, DFRIM, President, St. Clare College of Caloocan, and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, St. Clare Group of Schools as Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institution, Singapore, the highest and most prestigious award given by RI. Over 100 professionals were conferred as Fellows, Senior Members, and Members of the Royal Institution, Singapore in recognition of their achievements and qualifications.
